Embracing vulnerability, practicing self-compassion, seeking support, and engaging in self-reflection are all essential elements of this transformative process. I always ensure that my clients maintain a sense of autonomy, choice, empowerment and control in sessions as I pay close attention to their words, needs and body language.

I always focus on the importance of infusing an element of fun and authentic connection where appropriate, with an intention to create a healing environment that is engaging and motivating in every session.

Availability
